• Evidence of identification of applicant/guarantor (Citizenship/Passport/Driving license/Voter's ID)
• Copy of personal bank account statement for last six months where salary/pension/ income of applicant/guarantor
• Copy of last 3 months credit card statement
• Copy of land ownership certificate(Lalpurja)
• Copy of Transfer deed (Rajinama)
• Copy of Char killa Pramanit( boundary demarcation).
• Original & copy of Blue Print/Trace of the area where property is located.
• Copy of latest land revenue receipt.
