Sanima Bank contributed NPR 16.8 million to fight against COVID-19 outbreak
Sanima Bank has contributed NPR 16.8 million to Nepal Governmentfor treatment and control of corona virus (COVID 19). This includes NPR 3.3 million contribution from the Bank employees. Financial support in value of NPR 9.8 million in corona virus treatment and control fund in account of central government and NPR 1 million each to all seven provincial government, totalling NPR 7 million, has been extended.
Bank officials of each province office of Sanima Bank have handed over cheque to the provincial government and have transferred fund in the account of central government. We believe that the financial contribution to the provincial and central government should help in prevention and treatment of corona virus (COVID 19)
Despite of this adverse situation bank have been providing banking services from its branches across the country to the extent possible. Likewise, sighting safety of its customers, bank has been encouraging customers to use digital banking products by providing free service.
